Over de auteur: De Zeesteeg Scheveningen
De Zeesteeg, een uniek nieuw concept in de Palace Promenade Scheveningen. Je loopt de Zeesteeg binnen in de sfeer van een oud vooroorlogs Schevenings vissersstraatje. Het ademt de sfeer van destijds; smalle steegjes, de mannen op zee, de vrouwen thuis, zorgend voor de kinderen. De huisjes waren zo klein dat het sociale leven zich voornamelijk buiten op straat afspeelde. Zoals bijvoorbeeld de was doen. Je zult in de Zeesteeg dan ook verschillende van deze attributen tegen komen.Bij binnenkomst zie je hoe de warme gerechten worden bereid en vis-à-vis met de gast wordt de bestelling klaar gemaakt. In de huisjes zijn op een aangepaste, leuke wijze, de presentaties van de producten verwerkt. In het midden van de steeg is een patio waar je op je mee te nemen gerechten kunt wachten of eventueel kunt zitten eten en genieten!
